A very thin (malnourish) girl with a very little ability to fight. It defends itself by simply screaming. It runs fast, but dies quickly. This monster commonly appear on streets in various numbers.
One of the malnourished girls that Leon and Rey saw at the hospital started the bloody nightmare leading them to the crimson world.
Malnourished girls are weak, they hardly defend theirselves but sometimes deal large damages.Other girls spew out blood but they die quickly. As a Void screams, the girls run towards their enemy making it hard to fight. In many ways, a batch of malnourished girls deals a lot of damage.
